Questions
Do I need an account? No. After paying you get a license key, and Castmate activates it by itself. Keep the key: you can enter it in the popup on another computer, and it's how you manage your plan.
How do I cancel? On your account page, with your key. You keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
Can I get my money back? Yes, within 14 days of paying: email [email protected].
Will it work on the site I use? The trial is there to find out. Castmate doesn't play DRM-protected services, and some sites refuse to serve their video to a TV.
